DOVE HEART DESIGN

Introducing a new release called Dove Heart. This particular design took a long time to complete, as once I had designed the four different doves, I then had to lay them out, randomly rotating them so the final image resembled a flock of flying doves on the paper. I then decided to make a little video of the design, for which I required music. Fortunately for me, I happen to be married to composer William Goodchild, who very kindly provided me with a short piece of music. Click the video below to see.

DESIGN PROJECT

One of my design projects is to create the publicity and advertising for a Bristol based orchestra. The orchestra perform three concerts a year. The soloist for the next concert is internationally acclaimed Russian violinist, Natalia Lomeiko, who will be joining the orchestra to play Barber's Violin Concerto. A quote from Yehudi Menuhin about Natalia says, "Lomeiko is one of the most brilliant of our younger violinists." 

Copland's Appalachian Spring is one of my favourite pieces and I have already got a good seat booked for the concert. If anyone is interested to hear the orchestra perform at St Georges Bristol, you can buy tickets HERE.
